Sergio Zapata has been preaching pastor for various churches. He was a pastor in Colombia before coming to Fuller, and for the past years he has served as a preaching pastor in Friends Church in Spanish in Yorba Linda, California. He is also a PhD candidate in the School of Theology at Fuller and is currently working on his dissertation on the knowledge of God in the Gospel of John. He loves writing and playing soccer; he is also very passionate about Latin America and wishes to serve back in his Country, Colombia, in the future.
