Jenny is a Fuller alumna and licensed marriage and family therapist. Her experiences include working at The Meadows, an inpatient treatment center for trauma and addiction, as well as working with couples and individuals in group private practice. She is a certified sex addiction therapist (CSAT) and is trained in EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Dr. Bayless specializes in trauma healing work and addressing spiritual traumas and spiritual integration. She received her Doctor of Ministry in Grief and Trauma Therapy from Primus University of Theology and her MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller.

Dr. Bayless is an Arizona native and loves exploring the desert mountain terrain. She is a Phoenix Suns loyalist and ice cream enthusiast. She grew up the youngest of four as a pastor’s kid, which spurred her desire to serve as a bridge between church communities and mental health communities. Her hope is for the church to be a sanctuary of safety and love for hurting humans to encounter the healing embrace of Christ through his people. Her anchoring verse:

Terry Hargrave is the Evelyn and Frank Freed professor of marriage and family therapy. He is nationally recognized for his pioneering work with intergenerational families and is the founder of Restoration Therapy. He is the author and coauthor of over 30 professional articles and 14 books, including Advances and Techniques in Restoration Therapy. Dr. Hargrave has presented nationally and internationally on the concepts and processes of family and marriage restoration, intergenerational families, and aging. His work has been featured on ABC News 20/20, Good Morning America, and CBS Early Morning, as well as several national magazines and newspapers. He has been selected as a national conference plenary speaker and as a Master’s SeriesTherapist by the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Dr. Hargrave and his wife, Sharon are marriage and family therapists living in Sedona, Arizona. They have been married for 43 years and have an adult son and daughter (both who are married), as well as two grandsons. When not speaking, doing therapy, or writing, they enjoy hiking among the red rock!

Dr. Hargrave holds several degrees: a PhD from Texas Woman’s University, a PsyD (honorary) from Pepperdine University, an MA from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from West Texas A&M University.

Andrea Waddell-Pratt is a practicing clinical psychologist and an associate professor of marriage and family therapy in Fuller’s School of Psychology & Marriage and Family Therapy. Her primary responsibilities at Fuller include helping students to broaden their understanding of clinical practice, craft a clinical identity, and develop therapeutic practice skills while integrating psychology and theology.

Dr. Waddell-Pratt graduated from Howard University with a BS in Psychology. From Purdue University, she earned both her MS and PhD in Clinical Psychology. Across her 22-year career, she has practiced in varied clinical settings, and held teaching positions for the past decade. Dr. Waddell-Pratt was co-owner and co-creator of Kingdom Fellowship Assistance Network, which focused on the integration of psychology and spirituality. Her desire to work with underserved populations and those whose needs and pain have often gone unnoticed by society led her to practice within correctional and community-based settings at the outset of her career. Currently she is the owner and executive clinical director of a private practice.

In her free time (if such a thing exists), you can find Dr. Waddell-Pratt enjoying time with her husband of nearly 25 years. Most days bring daily adventures from their two children, a teenage son and a tween daughter. Dr. Waddell-Pratt is also blessed with a beautiful and broad tribe of friends with whom she can engage in a bit of adventure. Finally, she loves candles, reading, word games, decorating, baking, outdoor spaces, and coffee (thanks to her husband). She dreams of one day having a beach house where she can read books, swing on a hammock, and hang with the love of her life.

Grayson Carter is associate professor of church history, primarily serving Fuller Arizona. He has taught at Fuller since 2002. Prior to that he served as chaplain and tutor for theology at Brasenose College, Oxford, where he was a member of the faculty of Theology at Oxford University, teaching undergraduates and supervising graduate students.

Dr. Carter is the author of Anglican Evangelicals: Protestant Secessions from the Church of England, c. 1800–1850 (2016), and the editor of Light amid Darkness: Memoirs of Daphne Randall (2016). From 2007 to 2015, he was the general (and founding) editor of Sehnsucht: The C. S. Lewis Journal, the only peer-reviewed journal on C. S. Lewis published in the world.

Dr. Carter was ordained in the Church of England and has served in various Anglican and Episcopal parishes on both sides of the Atlantic and in the wider Anglican Communion. He is a member of the Ecclesiastical History Society and the Church of England Record Society.

Jeff Penzone serves as our regional admissions recruiter and brings a wealth of experience in this field. His main focus is partnering with prospective students and helping them realize their God-given calling by pursuing a great education and high-level training in Fuller Arizona’s Marriage and Family Therapy program. He received his Master of Arts in Leadership from Ottawa University and his bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. His background includes being a high school teacher, a group ticket sales manager for a professional soccer team, and a successful student recruiter for Grand Canyon University, Ottawa University – Surprise, and Arizona Christian University. Jeff was also a high school soccer coach (boys and girls) for 26 years before retiring this past season.

Outside of Fuller, Jeff is a club and middle school soccer coach (CCV Stars and Northwest Christian School) and enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking. He is married to Nancy (19 years) and they have five children: Trevor, Liz, Adam, Lexie, and Nate.

Tina Hines is the campus manager at Fuller Arizona. She is responsible for organizing activities around campus and creating an environment that continually builds community. She loves interacting with individuals in her day-to-day job as it allows her to build relationships with staff, faculty, and students.

Tina was born and raised in Pasadena, California, and graduated from Grand Canyon University. She married her college sweetheart in 1988 and is blessed to be a mother to four kids, two beautiful daughters-in-law, and now has the joy of becoming a grandma to her first grandbaby girl.

Outside of work you can find Tina out and about in the early mornings prioritizing health with her girlfriends at the gym or hiking Deems Hill with her chocolate lab, Saydee. Tina is someone who loves to motivate people to be the best they can be as she finds energy by loving and encouraging others to live life to its fullest. Tina is always up for an adventure while taking friends along the way.

Rachel Lingle is the director of training and operations for the Fuller Arizona Mental Health Services clinic where she provides guidance and supervision for associate and student therapist trainees, in addition to overseeing the day to day operations. Dr. Lingle completed her Master’s degree at Fuller in 2017 and her Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy at Fuller in 2023.

Dr. Lingle is a licensed marriage and family therapist whose therapeutic work focuses on helping adult individuals and couples address relational issues and life transitions. She is certified in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and loves to help people navigate the challenges that arise in relationship. She’s thrilled when clients share stories of successfully changing their old, hurtful relational patterns into ones that foster intimacy. Her background also includes burnout research, administration, teaching, and clinical practice.

In her free time, Dr. Lingle enjoys spending time with her family, adventuring with friends, reading, listening to true crime podcasts, and traveling with her husband of over 30 years.

Naomi McDonald is the MSMFT program manager and academic advisor at Fuller Arizona. She attended Ottawa University in Surprise, Arizona, and graduated in 2019 with her BA in Christian Studies and Ministry. Naomi enjoys working with people and coming alongside to help them achieve their dreams and goals.

Outside of Fuller, she is also a wife and a mom. Naomi values spending quality time with her family, and together with them she is involved with their home church and YoungLife. A fun fact about Naomi is that she works at Spencer’s Place, a coffee shop in Surprise that provides training and employment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She gets to live her dream of being a barista and has the opportunity to be a job coach on the weekends.

Jerria Williams serves as practicum liaison at Fuller Arizona. She is responsible for assisting the director of clinical training in the placement of students at practicum sites, as well as assists with a number of administrative duties. Jerria moved to Arizona in 2020 from her home town of Loveland, Colorado where she worked as a court clerk for several years. Jerria graduated with an Associates of Arts degree from Glendale Community College, with an emphasis in Social Work, and looks forward to pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work.

Outside of Fuller, she is a single mother and cherishes spending time with her son, as well as family and friends. She also enjoys reading, dancing and all things outdoors. Jerria loves working with others as it is her passion to serve and provide support to those in her community.

Anna Diaz is the director of clinical training for Fuller Arizona. She is responsible for training and facilitating training opportunities for new generations of clinicians. Anna is a marriage and family therapist with a Masters in Theology and speaks to church groups and women's conferences. In her free time, you can find Anna traveling with her husband and spending time with her 4 sons and 3 grandchildren. They are the joy of her life.
