Please join Fuller’s Asian American Center for our 2021 virtual celebration of Asian and Pacific Islander American Heritage Month, “Fighting Erasure.” Celebrating the 170+ years of diverse Asian American history and heritage, our APAHM events will highlight community leaders, scholars, and practitioners to shed a Christian light on topics of systemic erasure, racist hate, and community care & healing.

- 1:00 PM–2:30 PM (PDT): “Fighting Erasure: Seeing Ourselves in Justice and Faith” Panel – a discussion on the Christian work of justice in Asian American communities, with Hyepin Im, Dr. Alexis Abernethy, Dr. Michelle Reyes, hosted by Dr. Daniel D. Lee
Thursday, 5/13
- 12:00 PM–1:30 PM (PDT): “Asian American Christian Culture-Makers” Panel – with Steven Lim (Worth It, Buzzfeed) and Tammy Cho (Hate Is A Virus), hosted by Dr. Maria Fee (AAC x Brehm Center)
- 7:00 PM–8:30 PM (PDT): “Asian American Colonial Mentality and Internalized Racism: Psychological and Theological Perspectives” – Guest lecture, panel discussion, and Q&A with Dr. EJR David, Dr. Daniel D. Lee, and Dr. Miyoung Yoon Hammer, hosted by Dr. Kenneth Wang (AAC x SOPMFT). CE credit available for $15.
